	WINEMAKER`S DESCRIPTION	A full bodied well rounded wine which has a complex nose of vanilla with spicy undertones. Reminiscent of ripe plums it is well balanced with fully intregrated oak flavours.
	MATURATION POTENTIAL	Can be enjoyed now but will mature for a further five years when appropriately stored.
	SUGGESTED FOOD	Serve with game and red meat dishes and pasta. We recommend that all red wines be decanted a few hours before serving.
	SERVING TEMPERATURE	20 – 22 °C
